Hi! Sorry I haven't posted in a few days, I promised myself that I would post at least once a week. Well you're in luck, I'm making up for it with a few videos and posts in regards to nail art and this gorgeous color swatch! This is one of my fall favorites, its called Hook and Line from China Glaze! Its a greyish silvery, gun metal type color, great for a base for nail art! :-)

Goodbye Summer! :-(
Hello, I'm working on editing some video footage, and it's taking a while. This manicure was my way of saying goodbye to summer. It's a light pastel pink with a sparkly shimmery pink over that on a diagonal. I will post a video as soon as I'm done editing it.

Opening Day!!!
So today is opening day for the NFL, and my fiance is a fan of the Giants. So while trying to figure out what manicure I would do he suggested a football theme. I'm editing the video I did while doing this whole manicure, (it is way too long for youtube) and it should be up shortly, but for now you can enjoy the pictures.
Any questions or comments let me know!

BornPrettyStore.com
I recently stumbled across Bornprettystore.com, they sent me this nail art stamping plate. Attached are the images, and how they turned out, along with a very very long video *sorry* showing how it works. Shipping took two weeks to get to me, it arrived on the last day of the two week window, but none the less it arrived on time. I hope you enjoy my very first video. Leave your comments and let me know what you think, or if there's anything you would like me to make a post regarding. Have a great day!
Grandma's Nails
The base color is a creamy pink that I made, and I'm still having a tough time finding a color similar to it unfortunately. Its an opaque color in just one coat with speckles of gold and purple. She decided that she wanted some sort of nail art design, and was originally going to go with a stamp image, until I suggested a multi-colored Daisy, that I could do by hand. None the less she was thrilled with what she had, on both ring fingers, and both Thumbs.

CG Crackle Glaze Review
Crackle Glaze in Platinum Pieces:
I am definately a fan of China glaze, but was skeptical of the Crackle Glaze.
I bought this one, and fell in love with it, very easy to use, but you must work quickly due to the fact that it dries very fast. The thicker you apply the coat the more prominent the color of the crackle. I applied a thin coat on every nail, because I wanted to predominantly see my base colors. The results are flawless. In the Images below they're the same colors one with flash, and one with out.

These are Gradient Nails that I did while testing color combinations.
I used make up sponges to blend the colors.

For my birthday I decided to do all of my nails differently.

Middle: Spoiled by wet n wild in Good Karma with Spoiled by Wet n Wild battle of the Sexes (sparkles on the tip with pearl nail lacquer striped)
Ring: China Glaze in Pink Voltage, with stripes in silver and black.
Pinkie: Finger Paints in Vintage Violet, and tip in China Glaze Crackle Glaze in Platinum Pieces, with black detail striping.
Swatch CG Pink Voltage
China Glaze in Pink Voltage:
To start, I love china glaze nail polishes. The brush itself is long enough, and fairly wide. The smell with the brand is minimal, and color is true. This color is a Neon, which is a matte finish with no top coat. I always use a topcoat, so a matte finish usually isn't a problem for me, but if there are others who don't that may be an issue. This is my perfect summer time color.
